Artichokes are: intimidating, confusing, pretty, delicious, in season. These are the words that come to mind when I think of this amazing vegetable that graced all of my family’s antipasti platters growing up. I know most people do not know how to cook let alone eat artichokes, so I hope you find this video helpful and it inspires you to grab a couple of artichokes during your next grocery trip.
