I developed this chimichurri shrimp kabob recipe as part of an ongoing Brand Ambassadorship with Peapod. All opinions are 100% mine.
Kabobs hold a special place in my heart, after all these chicken kabobs were the very first recipe I posted on my blog on August 5th, 2013! I love making kabobs of any kind for a big group and these shrimp ones are no exception. I have only paired chimichurri with skirt steak which I love love love, but I knew it would be great with shrimp. I whipped up an easy Greek yogurt sauce for these kabobs and as an optional side warm up some naan bread to eat them with (it really sops up the flavorful condiment like no other)!
The best part about this recipe is that it is affordable and you can get all of the ingredients delivered to your door from Peapod. Holla at all my pescetarians and don’t forget to grab the shrimp kabob recipe here and pair it with this divine fingerling potato salad for your Memorial Day barbecue!
