Mmmm there is nothing better than coming home after a long day at work and your house is permeated with crock pot goodness floating all around. I don’t use my crock pot as often as I should, but it really is magical to do prep work and then leave the cooking to the pot. This little guy was inspired by some late summer corn I had on hand and a serious craving for spicy chorizo.
