Coconut Milk, Mango and Honey Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 1 14 oz. can coconut milk
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 1 mango, roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk coconut milk to stir out any lumps. Stir in the honey then fold in the mango pieces.
  2. Carefully pour coconut milk mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
  3. To release the popsicles from the molds, let them sit out on the counter for 5-10 minutes then run under hot water. Enjoy immediately!
