Greek Yogurt Pound Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  • 1½ c sugar
  • ½ c greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ c flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp orange zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Once creamed, add the greek yogurt.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour and the baking soda.
  5. Add the flour mixture and eggs to the sugar mixture, alternating each of them.
  6. Lastly, add the vanilla and orange zest.
  7. Add mixture to loaf pan and cook for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
