Pumpkin Maple Oatmeal

- ½ c oats
- 1 c almond milk
- 3 tbs pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp good maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Prepare your oats on the stove by combining them with the almond milk.
- Cook on high heat, and when it boils lower the heat to simmer.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, and stir in the rest of the ingredients (pumpkin puree down to the dash of nutmeg) during the last 4 minutes of cook time.
- Serve immediately with a little more cinnamon as a garnish and enjoy!
