Cooking with Hatchery - Pork Chops with Fogg City Spice Co. Smokey BBQ Rub

Ingredients
  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbs Fogg City Spice Co. BBQ Spice Rub
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Season both sides of pork chops generously with Fogg City Spice Co. BBQ Spice Rub.
  3. Cover the bottom of a large saute pan with extra virgin olive oil. Put on high heat and when it begins to smoke place the pork chops in and reduce heat to medium.
  4. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.
  5. Finish off in the oven for 5 minutes or until the juice runs clear. The pork should be slightly pink when you slice into it. Enjoy immediately.
