5 Ingredient Chipotle Cannellini Bean Hummus

  • 1 16 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 2-3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  1. Combine the beans and chipotle in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Stream in the evoo until it comes together and gets even more smooth.
  3. Finish with the salt and pepper and pulse a few more times.
  4. Serve with your favorite crackers or with a tray of vegetables.
