5 Ingredient Chipotle Cannellini Bean Hummus

- 1 16 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 chipotles in adobo sauce
- 2-3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Combine the beans and chipotle in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Stream in the evoo until it comes together and gets even more smooth.
- Finish with the salt and pepper and pulse a few more times.
- Serve with your favorite crackers or with a tray of vegetables.
