I want to say I give a crap about the Superbowl but let’s be real, the food is the only thing I’m looking forward to on Sunday afternoon. Oh and whoever sings the National Anthem usually gets my attention too, where is Whitney when you need her to bring down the house? #rip
I am pretty much obsessed with these ribs and the roasted red pepper barbecue sauce is heaven on earth. I usually roast my own but thankfully Peapod has some great options for jarred roasted peppers and they gave the sauce a nice tangy flavor.
