The first fall I lived in D.C., Bryan and I would walk a couple of blocks to Eastern Market to shop the produce tents that lined 7th St, and I would always get a hot apple cider from the apple farmer’s stand. There is nothing like the sweet, cinnamon infused homey taste, it has the power to transcend me to relaxing on my couch watching a fire burn away.
